I am currently a HomePuter user and have been for over 20 years.  Your software rocks! 

So far I like the system it's clean... especially on how it's compartmentalized.

I just wanted to tell you about my research with other software.   I have been using HomePuter for a little over a year now, as I had written you earlier, business demands required AI Ready™ software.  I wrote to you and you replied to my needs.  During this time, I researched the different ones.  I only found one that was of interest to me.  I still prefer HomePuter to the other samples I had received.  I can't tell you how easy it is compared to others.  I am proud to say that I use your software.  When I went into business, I couldn't afford $1000 for software.  I am glad that I found you.  Once I had read comments that others had wrote you, one stuck in my mind, don't sell out to the big guys, ...it will pay off in the end.   I thank you for your quick response to any problem that I have had.

A competitor of yours just called to pitch their product.  I said, nope, I use HomePuter. She says, "So you don't do much volume?"  I said, I do plenty of volume and (a competitor's name) is too expensive and their support is terrible.  She said, when you want to do more production, give us a call.  I said, I doubt it.  Just an FYI from a satisfied customer...

Hi, Andy.  I've been using your software for about a month now and I couldn't be happier.  I've never had so much fun generating reports before.  I hated [a competitor's software] and [another competitor's software] so much that I figured I couldn't hate yours any worse than theirs, but I sure didn't expect to find a program that was so easy, manageable, and that permit me to do a quality report that I'm proud of.  I haven't had this much fun appraising in a whole lot of years.  The other programs seem designed to try to control the appraiser's input, rather than allowing the appraiser to control it.  (A competitor's software)  would override my entries, keeping me constantly tense and having to re-enter data. And, their programs are like working with an 80 ton elephant.  Its so nice to "get back to real appraising" again, where I can generate the type of detail necessary and that I enjoy.  Your software gives me a whole lot more flexibility and confidence.  I sure like the labels, too, and the whole concept of the Job Manager is really cool. Your instruction manuals were extremely clear, so I didn't have to bug you about anything related to operating the program.   My lenders are VERY happy that they don't have to deal with downloading a specific reader to open my files and its generated more business.  So, many thanks, Andy!

Thank you.  I have enjoyed your programs for many years, and recommend you to others whenever I can.   The software in many trade magazines costing much more does not impress me enough to use it.  I have a friend that on one day recommended one, then a few days later told me he was on the phone with their tech support on a regular basis. I do not want to do that.  I have only called you 1-2 times in over 10 years, and one of them was to ask which scanner you recommend.

I have been a HomePuter user since 1987 and have never been tempted to try different appraisal software.  I recently installed FPS (bought it last year but just got around to installing it).   It works great (of course).  I bought Adobe [Acrobat], and with the help of your very detailed instructions, I am able to e-mail appraisal reports.  Too cool!   Longtime, VERY satisfied user, ...

I want to thank you for talking me into upgrading my appraisal software and getting Adobe Acrobat and the 4000U scanner.  It has made my life much easier.  And it is really nice not to have to give Fed Ex $25-$35 for each mailing.   I got the software and scanner just I was working on 6 appraisals and with your help and by reading your very precise manual, I was able to get the basics and get the reports finished in record time (for me).  I am looking forward to learning more about your software and the Adobe software.

I just installed FPS and it works great. The Job Manager is saving me about 10 minutes per appraisal.  That's 300 - 400 minutes per month. Thanks for your hard work.

Way to go guys, nice software package.  I'm new to the appraisal world and haven't used any other software, but I am not new to computers and user friendliness.  This software has been super easy to learn and very user friendly.  It sure makes the new career an easier adjustment.  I haven't used all the features yet, but I expect them to do just fine.

I just finished a complete appraisal with your software.  It came out to only one file ... and emailed in less than 3 minutes.  A whole lot better than the 20-30 minutes per file in two files, like I was doing.

I have been using the software for about three weeks now and have to tell you that I do find it very user friendly, for a person that doesn't know a whole lot about computers and various software.

Your software has been working great.  About a third of my business now is PDF.

Something similar happened about 2 years ago, and you were able to correct the problem then.  The first time you sent me new Floppy Disks for $10.00 on good faith that I would send the $10.00 and you send the disks before you got the money.  I never forgot that.  It taught me a lot about trust.  Thanks again...
